Your First Visit to Our Miami Practice

We have designed our space to be comfortable and make you feel at home. In front of our office, you will find convenient parking, and as you enter, you will be warmly welcomed.
If you've already completed your First Visit paperwork, great! If not, after doing so, you will meet Dr. Bagnell for your consultation and assessment.
Plan for 45-60 minutes for your First Visit if you bring your paperwork with you. You may download our forms right from this site! If you need to fill in your health history paperwork in our office, allow yourself an additional 15 minutes, so come early! Your health is important to us!
We want to take the time we need during your first visit.
The Consultation
The purpose of out initial consultation is for us to get to know each other and determine if we can help.
We Listen
During a brief conversation and review of your health history, we try to determine if you're a good candidate for chiropractic care. We'll ask a few questions and do a lot of listening.
A Partnership
The consultation also gives you an opportunity to meet Dr. Bagnell and learn how chiropractic may help your specific condition. Since ours is a partnership approach to better health, it's important that you're comfortable with the personalities, procedures, and policies of our office. The consultation is a great way to find this out.
The Next Step
If we don't think we can help, we'll tell you. If we think we can help, and you agree, we can usually proceed to the next step, which is a thorough chiropractic evaluation.
Our patients appreciate that we explain everything in advance!
The Chiropractic Assessment
The assessment helps us to determine how chiropractic will help you. Our thorough assessment might be different from some other health practitioners you have visited. Our goal is to determine what areas of your spine and nervous system are involved and related to your health challenges. We achieve this by a bilateral weight scale analysis, a postural assessment, some neurological tests, range of motion evaluations, leg length analysis, motion/static palpation, and spinal x-rays.
After your consultation and assessment, our staff will bring you back to the front desk to schedule your Report of Findings and Recommendations.
