Your Second Visit to Our Miami Practice
After we study your health history and correlate our assessment findings, we'll make recommendations designed to address your specific condition and help you achieve your health goals. We call this the Report of Findings and Recommendations.
This is usually attended to on the second visit, which may be the following day and takes 45 minutes. This two-visit approach accomplishes several things:
- Reduces the length of your first visit
- Gives Dr. Bagnell time to evaluate your findings and formulate a specific treatment plan.
Progress Assessments

Periodically throughout your care, we perform Progress Assessments to measure your changes. A similar assessment to the one you have on your First Visit helps us to chart your progress. This is a time for you to share the changes in your health and the different lifestyle choices you have been making to help you get better results.
On the visit following your Progress Assessment, Dr. Bagnell will go over the results with you and make further recommendations for your care. With the momentum established from the intensive schedule during the early part of your care, we can often reduce your visit frequency without sacrificing continued progress.
